Terms

You own everything you create on LinkPage — your links, your display name, your bio, your subscriber list, your QR codes. You grant LinkPage a limited license to display it on the public pages you create.

You agree not to use LinkPage to:

• Distribute malware or phishing pages.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Promote illegal goods, services, or content.
• Send unsolicited email to subscribers.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.

We may suspend any account that violates these rules. We'll try to give you notice before we do, but for severe violations we may act immediately.

LinkPage's core features — including custom domains — are free. We may introduce paid plans for advanced features in the future. Existing free features will stay free for accounts created before that change.

We do our best to keep LinkPage online, but we don't guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from outages or data loss.

We'll post material changes to these terms here. If you keep using LinkPage after a change, you've accepted the new terms.
