When someone visits a public linkpage, scans one of its QR codes, or clicks a link, we record the event so the creator can see what works. We capture:

• Event type (page view, QR scan, link click, social click, review button tap, sign-up)
• Country and city, derived from your IP
• Device family (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Referrer URL, if your browser sends one
• UTM parameters from the URL, if present

We do notstore IP addresses, exact location, or user agents. To count unique visitors without cookies, we keep a one-way hash of the IP address and browser that changes every day, so visits can't be linked across days or back to a person.

LinkPage itself sets no tracking cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not share data with advertising networks.

The only cookies LinkPage uses are essential for signed-in users — session cookies that keep you logged into your own dashboard.

A linkpage owner may connect their own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. When they do, the page names those tools, and those tools may set cookies and send data to Google or Meta under their policies. Visitors in the EU, UK, and EEA are asked first, and the tools load only if they accept.

If you leave your email or phone number on a public linkpage and tick the consent box, we store it with the consent wording, the time, and the campaign that brought you. It is shown to that linkpage's owner, and only the owner. We never sell or share sign-up lists.

If a linkpage owner connects their Shopify store, we receive the order number, total, currency, and campaign tags of each order. The customer's email is stored only as a one-way hash, used to show the owner which consented sign-ups later bought. We never receive names, addresses, or what was bought.

When you sign up, we store your email, the linkpages you create, and the link configurations you save. We use Supabase to host this data with row-level security so no other user can read it.

If you visit a LinkPage from the EU, UK, or EEA, the page shows a short notice about anonymous visit counting. If the owner has connected Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, the notice asks for your consent, and those tools stay off unless you accept.

Delete a linkpage from Settings → Danger zone. This permanently removes the linkpage, its links, its QR codes, its click events, and its subscriber list within seconds. To delete your entire account, email hello@linkpage.app.
